Stephen is an accomplished business professional responsible for driving the development and execution of Aramark’s growth strategy across Canada. Stephen leads the Senior Living team in reinventing the delivery of resident experience solutions. 

Stephen has over 25 years’ experience in the hospitality and facility management sectors with a proven track record in moving projects from the idea stage to execution. Stephen holds an MBA from McGill University and a BA from Queen’s University.

Senior Director, Business Development, East

Lori Rinaldi holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Relations, a Certificate in Administration from McGill University, and more recently a Certificate in Indigenous Studies from the University of Alberta. Her experience of more than 25 years in the field of Sales and Business Development was mainly acquired in the fields of contractual services, more specifically, in the credit, corporate travel and hospitality outsourcing services including food, janitorial, concierge and logistics. She joined the Aramark Québec team in October of 2004. As a Sales Leader, her primary responsibility is to develop our business through new sales initiatives as well as the retention of existing clients in Québec.  

 

Her role requires her to work collaboratively with our Operations team and Support Services to develop and align financial, marketing and communication strategies for targeted growth initiatives. Her business acumen, organizational qualities, high energy, fluent communication skills and continued dedication to excellence and performance make her an asset to our organization and a strong team player. Furthermore, she consistently challenges the status quo with the intent to promote innovation and increase our organizational competitiveness in the market. She prides herself on her ability to develop sustainable business relationships based on trust and integrity.

BRYAN STEWART

BRYAN STEWART

Director, Business Development, West

Bryan is responsible for client acquisition and retention for Aramark’s Healthcare and Senior Living Services hospitality division. In his role, he develops unique food and facility services solutions for client organizations. Previously, Bryan was the National Marketing Director for the division; a former VP and GM of Clinton Group Inc, a firm specialized in business process reengineering for large organizations; and he also led Advertising and Communications for Knob Hill Farms Ltd., one of Canada’s largest independent food retailers and wholesalers. 

Bryan has an MBA from Queen’s University and a BA from the University of Toronto. Bryan is an active member of the Canadian College of Health Leaders and a former member of its National Awards Committee; a past President and Chair of the Board of Directors of Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities; a past member of the Ontario Central East Local Health Integration Network Governance Advisory Council; and a former Board Director for the Canadian Foundation for Dietetic Research.

 

SHIVANG PURI

SHIVANG PURI

Director, Business Development, West

Shivang is the Director of Client Solutions for Aramark Canada, based in Calgary. He has over ten years of experience in operations, including multi-site, multi-service hospitality and integrated facilities management. 

Shivang holds a BA in Hospitality Management (GBC) and an MBA in International Business (MMU). He is also FMP certified. 

TARAH MARKHAM

TARAH MARKHAM

Director, Business Development, Central

Tarah is the Director of Business Development for Aramark Senior Living within Ontario where she is responsible for client acquisition and retention. Tarah works closely with each account to better understand their operations and develops a customized solution to fit their needs. Prior to joining Aramark, Tarah worked as a Sales and Operations Manager for Fairmont Royal York Hotel & Marriott. 

 

Her extensive background in hospitality gives her a customer centric approach when working with new and existing clients. Tarah has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The University of Western Ontario and a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Management from Humber College.
