Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer

Leading the way on sustainable growth

Eric is the chairman, president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Aramark (NYSE: ARMK), a $15 billion global provider of food, facilities and uniform services.

Eric was named president and CEO in 2012 and chairman of the board in 2015. Since his appointment, Aramark has recorded consistent growth in sales, new business and adjusted net income and operating margins. He is also improving profitability by establishing a repeatable business model across the company.

He led Aramark’s successful return to the New York Stock Exchange in December 2013.

Under Eric’s leadership, Aramark and its 270,000 employees are poised for sustainable growth through new business generation, geographic expansion and more efficient operations.


Proven track record of success

Prior to joining Aramark, Eric served as chairman and CEO of Pepsi Bottling Group (PBG), the world’s largest bottler of Pepsi-Cola.

He was named CEO and elected to the PBG Board of Directors in 2006 and elevated to chairman in 2008.

He participated in the successful process of taking PBG public in 1999. Eric oversaw the acquisition of PBG by PepsiCo in 2010, which brought outstanding value to PBG shareholders, and then led the integration of the business within the corporation serving as CEO of PepsiCo’s Pepsi Beverages Company.

Throughout his career with Aramark, PBG and PepsiCo, Eric Foss has established a strong track record of generating profitable growth through integrated strategies and consistent execution that meets or exceeds financial commitments. He has led global teams to successfully build leading brands through a frontline-first mindset while achieving broad-based productivity gains.

Today he serves on the board of directors of Aramark, Cigna, Catalyst and the Kimmel Center for Performing Arts. Eric is also a member of the Business Roundtable and the Wall Street Journal CEO Council.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Ball State University and was honored with the Miller College of Business Award of Distinction in 2005.



President, Canada

An established leader moving Aramark Canada forward

Andy Siklos joined Aramark in 2016 as President of Aramark Canada. In this role, Andy oversees a team of 12,000 amazing employees dedicated to serving millions of Canadians everyday by providing outstanding food and facilities support in major Universities, Hospitals, Offices, Remote Camps and more.

With over 30 years in the Packaged goods industry in both Canada and the US, Andy brings a wide range of experience in Marketing, Operations, Strategy and Sales. 

Previous to Aramark, Andy spent 25 years at PepsiCo where he held a number of senior roles.

He served as Vice President, Beverage Sales, for the Club and Mass Channel in the US. Prior to that, he led the Retail Selling organization in Canada for 8 years. Andy has also had a number of operations roles as he ran bottling facilities in Southwest Ontario (Canada) and South Florida (US). He started his career at PepsiCo in Brand Marketing, having worked primarily on Diet Pepsi.

A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, Andy is known as a highly collaborative leader who focuses on coaching and developing talent that yield high performing, highly engaged, and customer centric.



Regional Vice President, Canada West

Ali has been with Aramark for over 8 years and is responsible for running our Western Canada business. Prior to becoming a VP, Ali was District Manager for Aramark’s Healthcare division and held 2 positions for Refreshment Services: District Manager and RVP for Canada. Prior to joining Aramark, Ali worked as a Director of Operations for COBS Bread, where he was responsible to start a new Corporate & Franchising model for a company out of Australia that was establishing a foundation in Canada.

Ali also worked with Starbucks in many key Leadership roles including: Operations, Real Estate, Marketing and New Store openings in Canada. Ali has over 30 years in the Hospitality Sector, after receiving his Hotel and Restaurant Degree Ali went on to working with a US Restaurant chain called Red Robin, where he was a Director of Operations overseeing all the Restaurants in the Province of Alberta.



Regional Vice President, Canada East

Nicolas completed his college education in France and went to university in England, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in agrifood industries and a master’s degree in management of food sector businesses. He worked for 17 years in international development with the French food company Fleury Michon, a European leader in deli and fresh cooked foods. In this position, he executed various general and international management mandates that took him to a number of countries, including Poland, Italy, France, and, since 2008, Canada.
Since he joined Aramark in 2012, Nicolas’s mandate has been to continue the work begun by his predecessor and turn his efforts toward continuing the company’s growth in all of its sectors, with a team motivated to offer the best possible service to clients. To achieve this overall goal, one of his objectives is to make sure that the team is adapting to new consumption trends and a rapidly changing competitive context. His leitmotiv is to play on the complementarities and team synergies by keeping in mind the “four C’s of leadership”: courage, confidence, conviction, and community spirit.


Canadian Vice President, Remote Workplace Services

Brett has been with Aramark since 1993, and worked as a technical leader for healthcare food services, until transitioning to Aramark’s Remote line of business in 2011. He has been leading the development and implementation of Aramark’s Lodge Life Solutions – Bridging the gap between lifestyles of our workers and clients at home and at work. Recently, Brett is leading the Healthcare Solutions team tasked to Patient and Resident Innovation. Brett is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor’s degree in Foods & Nutrition from the University of Manitoba.


Canadian Vice President, Growth

Greg has national responsibility for leading Aramark’s team of growth and retention professionals across all lines of business in Canada. Greg joined Aramark in 1999. After leading Healthcare Business Development for eight years, Greg assumed a Vice President, Operations role for seven States in the U.S. Midwest, with a portfolio that included multiple multi-site, multi-service clients, and where he consistently achieved key strategic and financial targets. Prior to joining Aramark, Greg successfully held senior roles in operations, marketing and sales at Dole Packaged Foods, Kellogg Canada and Dofasco. Greg holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree from Ryerson University, and is a registered Professional Industrial Engineer. He also holds an MBA from York University and a CHE designation with CCHL.


Canadian Vice President, Operations Excellence

In his role as Vice President, Operational Excellence, Patrick is responsible for national field support, program deployment/execution and mobilization of Aramark resources. Patrick brings 25 years of experience in contract management services most recently as Vice President of Operations for Western Canada, Aramark and previously as Vice President and COO of Crothall Services Canada. Early on in Patrick’s career he spent many years with Aramark leading the Integrated Managed Services Division for Business Dining and also served as District Manager and Operations Manager in the Facility Services Division.



Regional Vice President, Canada Central

Steve is the Regional Vice-President for Aramark Canada in the Central. Before, he led the Finance Centre of Excellence for Aramark Canada and oversaw all aspects of finance, accounting, tax, treasury, payroll and benefits, financial planning and analysis. In addition to his financial role, Steve also provided leadership to the Legal Team.

Steve joined Aramark in 2004 as a corporate lawyer and led the creation of a strong legal team in Canada. In 2012, Steve took the lead in developing and deploying Aramark’s Global Contract Lifecycle Management System and later added responsibility for the Philadelphia based legal team supporting Aramark’s Global Supply Chain and IT departments. In 2010 he was promoted to Aramark’s Executive Leadership Council and in 2016 became Aramark Canada’s Chief Financial Officer.

Steve completed his Honours History Degree at Huron University College at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario.  He then was graduated from Dalhousie Law School in Halifax, Nova Scotia and called to the Ontario Bar in 2001 after completing his articles at McMillan LLP in Toronto.  He has continued his university college affiliation by serving on the Huron Corporation Board. Steve is the Chair of the Board of Directors of The Friends of We Care, a Canadian food service industry organization. A Board member since 2009, The Friends of We Care raises over $1 million a year to send young persons with disabilities to summer camp.



Canadian Vice President & General Manager, Complete Purchasing Services

Brian Emmerton is a Registered Dietitian and a graduate of Ryerson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, & Consumer Studies. Brian also holds a diploma with honours in Food Service Supervision from the University of Guelph-Kemptville College. He is a credentialed Food Executive with the Canadian Association of Foodservice Professionals, a certified Long Term Care Administrator, and has over 25 years of executive leadership and management in food & support services for healthcare and senior living.

Brian has been with Aramark Canada Ltd for almost 25 years and currently serves as the Vice President & General Manager for Complete Purchasing Services Inc., Canada’s leading purchasing solutions provider, a company that specializes in saving time and money for clients through a combination of procurement & program solutions for their operations.

Brian has a passion for consumer affairs and is a champion in the food service industry; he has been instrumental in driving product innovations, particularly in the senior living market through his insights on trends, behaviours, and operational requirements. He is also the executive sponsor for Aramark Canada’s Nutrition and Wellness Task Force, a cross company multidisciplinary team that works on health initiatives to enrich and nourish lives of our consumers.
