Do Well. platform, diversity, equity and inclusion leadership, and our newly founded Executive Diversity Council, we advance diversity, equity, and inclusion among our workforce and wider communities.
We also have a growing network of Employee Resource Groups (ERG), which gives voice to the diverse communities that make up our workforce and contributes to creating a more inclusive workplace.
One such ERG is called Rising Sun, which was formed in 2015 to generate opportunities for Indigenous peoples who choose to work, grow and innovate at Aramark. The Rising Sun ERG fosters inclusivity by delivering education on Indigenous history and culture, organizing events and other activities, distributing the Morning Star newsletter to its members, and recognizing the outstanding work of individuals and groups within Aramark and its partner organizations by bestowing the prestigious Eagle Feather Award.
